JBT’S RYA Courses and Gift Vouchers, help to take away the stress of finding the perfect gift. The Powerboat level 2 costs £289 and is two-day entry level course providing the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence (ICC). RYA VHF Radio Course Cost £100 is the minimum qualification required to operate marine VHF radio equipment in the UK. This includes both fixed and handheld equipment with and without Digital Selective Calling (DSC). Starting in the Spring, we will also be running the British Water Ski and Wakeboard Boat – Ski Boat Driver 2 Course and the RYA Intermediate Powerboat Course, perfect for those wanting to advance their boating skills to the next level. All our powerboat courses are run on our Brand new Ballistic RIBs and operate form our famous Trafalgar Wharf site which not only is in a great location just off the M27 in Portsmouth Harbour but also has fantastic facilities including our Beach Hut Cafe (opening times 9.00am – 4.00pm, Wedneday to Sunday) and our huge indoor drystack.
